The Senior Salesforce Administrator (Senior SFDC Admin) will have total ownership over Splash’s Salesforce systems, and will be critical in ensuring our sales and client success teams have the best processes in place to execute at a higher level. We will rely on you to make sure we’re maximizing efficiencies and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of SFDC, based on our various user group needs.
We’re looking for our first-ever product marketer to lead go-to-market activities for Splash. As product marketer, you’ll be responsible for the packaging, positioning, education and asset production for our current product and all of our upcoming releases (tip: we’ve got a big one coming this fall!). You’ll work with our product, marketing, customer success, and sales teams on the unique benefits and value of each product feature and release as well as how to position them and to whom.

As director of demand generation, you’ll own all of the programs, campaigns and tactics that contribute to marketing’s opportunity, pipeline and revenue goals. Each quarter, you’ll work backwards from our goals to develop our plan for hitting those goals through a creative use of demand generation tactics and strategies that are aligned to our overall sales and customer expansion approaches. Our successful candidate knows that there’s a time and a place to apply the Demand Waterfall methodology and equally understands the time and place for account-based marketing. They will have experience with creating demand under both models and will bring this two-prong approach to Splash.
The Marketing Operations Analyst plays a key role in the success of Splash Marketing, Business Development and Sales organizations by supporting the infrastructure of our Marketing team and ensuring high quality leads reach our sales force. S/he will assist marketing operations with maintaining data quality, improving processes, and ensuring leads are routed to sales quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate for this role is detail oriented, highly motivated and an enthusiastic problem solver.
Splash’s AEs create, identify and close sales for our SaaS platform. As the individual who represents Splash and drives the revenue, this person must be a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time. The Quality Assurance Specialist will participate in the planning, design, testing, training, and support components of each major implementation and upgrade to technologies and/or Professional Services processes affecting end-users. As Lead Product Designer, Experience -- you will work closely with the broader Product and Engineering teams, to bring a consistent, end-to-end experience to Splash’s mobile applications and corresponding web platform. You must also be passionate about developing design strategies, based off of the insights of real people, you have the mastery of craft to turn these insights into beautifully designed products and inspires the team by showing/prototyping what is possible before it is built.
You will be the main point of contact for all things office related - keeping supplies and equipment in stock and operational, making sure our space is clean and clutter free, managing conference rooms, managing our office vendors, etc. Ideally, you will have experience in a related job and be ready to level up. No task should be too big or too small.
We’re expanding our internal video team and looking for a video production intern to develop new and exciting video content at Splash. As our video production/post-production intern, you’ll be working directly with our marketing/customer education/product teams to produce and edit a variety of video content and coursework for the Splash platform. Projects will include platform training and feature overview videos, customer interviews, event recaps and marketing promotions.
