We are looking for an extraordinary Director of Customer Success to join our NYC office, to lead our growing Customer Success team. Our CS team drives revenue through guiding strategic and professional services with our entire book of Enterprise clients, creating impactful executive level relationships.
Splash’s AEs create, identify and close sales for our SaaS platform. As the individual who represents Splash and drives the revenue, this person must be a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time. We look for business athletes who are aggressive team players - hungry, nimble and intelligent - with the ability and willingness to close a mix of complex deals.
The Sales Development team is the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for generating lead volume and warm introductions to our Enterprise team. Ideal candidates are creative, passionate, and self-driven team players, eager to advance through a clearly defined learning and earning path.
The implementation team sits at the center of our ‘services’ function. Our Implementation Specialists are broken into two parts: Creative/Org Configuration and Technical Projects, with both teams overseeing complex projects for our largest Enterprise accounts. This requires hyper focus on all client initiatives, along with strategic and persistent coordination across all Splash teams. This person has a strong technology background and will be self-motivated, and client focused, while still executing against deadlines and project goals.
As Creative Director, you will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with the broader marketing team, product team, and other business units to progress Splash’s brand narrative and bring a consistent, end-to-end experience to all touch-points. Your role will span channels, including web, digital media, content, print, and in-person experiences, and will engage a wide audience ranging from marketers to fellow creatives.
