For the direct business sector of Sharp Electronics, events play a huge role in driving engagement, both internally and externally, with high-quality prospects, customers, recruiting candidates, and new hires. Events are so crucial to their success that they spend a significant portion of their marketing budget on events.


Before Splash, all 56 local branches were managing their own events using disparate tools, which required significant manual coordination from marketing. With so many types of events happening at the same time, the marketing team was looking for an event marketing solution that could help them consolidate all their efforts, scale their event program efficiently, facilitate team collaboration, maintain brand consistency, and capture powerful data to better optimize their entire event program.

By leveraging Splash’s flexible and on-brand event templates across 56 branches and multiple departments, the Sharp marketing team was able to streamline existing processes, provide better visibility, and maintain brand consistency for all event communications.

Enabled other departments to host events with minimal marketing involvement.

Since Sharp’s marketing team is made up of only three people, they leveraged Splash’s intuitive and easy-to-use platform to enable their recruiting team, internal training team, and over 500 sales resources in the field to host their own events.

Team Alignment

Consolidated all their events to better measure event performance.

With all their events now in one platform, Sharp was able to better analyze their event performance at both a broad and granular level. They also leveraged Splash’s powerful tracking links to measure performance by promotion channel and sales rep.

After hosting over 100 events on Splash in their first year as a customer, Sharp Electronics was able to save time and resources, scale their event programs across 56 different locations, and partner more effectively with the rest of the organization. More importantly, they were able to track and measure their event performance with both a big picture and granular view.


Next year, the Sharp marketing team plans to host five national tentpole events to promote their new offerings, as well as empower even more departments to integrate events into their engagement strategies.
