Push real-time event data to Slack and automatically notify your team as RSVPs and check-ins happen.
Speedy setup – no technical expertise required
Keep your team in the loop 24/7 with real-time event updates
Inspire collaboration and celebrate big wins in your team’s virtual HQ
Connecting Splash to Slack requires zero technical know-how. All you need is an active Slack account and a paid Splash plan. You can set up the integration for individual events or send updates for every event your team hosts. Once installed, the integration will run in the background automatically.
Messages can be triggered based on a variety of different event and attendee actions. Most teams choose to notify their team when RSVP and check-ins happen, but updates can be sent when events are created and updated, email invites are opened or bounced, guests are added to a waitlist, and more.
Customize messages using your team’s internal lingo and deck it out using your favorite emojis. Have fun choosing a username and avatar, then load up your messages with need-to-know deets like event title and date, guest name, company, job title, email, and more.
Real-time notifications update your team about important event activities. Share newly created events, RSVPs, ticket sales, check-ins, and survey responses as they happen live. Watch as increased event visibility results in more collaboration and your team celebrating event wins together.
On event day, your team is instantly notified as each guest arrives so they can personally greet their contacts at the door. Allowing walk-ins? Your team can coordinate last minute welcomes in your #event channel too.
At Index Exchange we use Splash, Salesforce and Slack as part of our Marketing tech stack. We make sure that whenever we're planning an event from start to finish - Splash is integrated with the proper platforms. That way, Splash can really do all the heavy lifting and hard work for us.
