Set it and forget it

Connect Marketo to Splash in seconds, just grab your API User account, Client ID, Client Secret, and Munchkin Account ID. Once installed, the Marketo integration automatically runs in the background of your events based on your triggers and data mapping.

Automatically create Programs

Creating an event in Splash automatically clones a Program template of your choosing. Clone one template for all of your events or or choose a template per event. Splash allows you to create standardized naming conventions so Marketo Programs are created in the right format every time.

Only sync the data you need

Splash forms map to your existing Marketo fields so you won’t spend hours creating extraneous fields. (We hate doing that too.) Plus, you have total control over which data is sent to Marketo. Send names, emails, company, job title, marketing opt-ins, UTM parameters, and anything else captured during registration.

Create and update Leads without the extra work

The choice is yours: sync guests to existing Marketo records or create new Leads if they don’t already exist. Splash automatically checks Marketo to prevent duplicate Leads from being created. Unsubscribe data is also shared with Marketo to keep your send list accurate and up-to-date.

Share data bi-directionally between Splash and Marketo

Marketo Programs stay fully in sync with your Splash events. Adding members to a Marketo Program adds them to the guest list of the associated Splash event and vice-versa. Program Member statuses update in real-time as guests move from Invited to Attending to Checked In in Splash.

Compliance peace of mind

Splash syncs email unsubscribes back to Marketo allowing you to honor opt-outs across your systems. All compliance-related information collected during registration, like privacy policy agreements, are also sent to Marketo.

The level of productivity we’ve gained by using Splash, especially the integrations, is more than we could ever imagine. The integration with Marketo has saved us so much time and lets us focus on bigger things. There’s no excuse for marketers not to use Splash as an event marketing platform.
