In a hurry? Read the summary.

If this year were a road trip, think of this month as the quick pit stop.

The good kind that leaves you with a full tank of gas, a fresh cup of coffee, and a stash of snacks you didn’t need but absolutely deserved.

This month’s Splash releases are here to give you that same pick-me-up — everything you need to be re-energized for the journey ahead.

Here's what’s happening:

  • Your Guest List is getting a tune‑up.
  • Your knowledge‑base search finally has a real sense of direction.
  • And your Zoom events are cruising ahead with the same smooth attendee experience.

Let’s check it out.

A Shareable Guest List (Coming March)

Your Guest List is getting a fresh new look next month — cleaner layout, easier navigation, same reliable tools.

And the best part? You’ll finally be able to share it.

Yup. A live, always‑up‑to‑date Guest List you can share with the right people, anytime.

Plus, all the improvements you’d expect: faster, clearer, and everything you use today (filter, sort, search, customize columns — you know the drill) right where it belongs.

Sharing is simple:

  • Add the emails of the individuals who need access
  • Choose what they can do (view only or download)
  • Copy the link, share, and done!

Perfect for looping in partners, keeping execs aligned, and cutting down on “Can you send me the latest list?” messages.

Better Search in Cvent Community

This one’s small but genuinely helpful.

You can now search Splash knowledge‑base articles directly in the Cvent Community

Quick reminder: the Community is a central spot for learning all things Cvent, connecting with fellow marketers, and learning the way you prefer — articles, videos, forums, you name it.

Now, you can select “Splash” in the filters and search away.

It’s a simple update, but it makes finding what you need even easier.

Good News! No Changes to your Zoom Events

The Zoom login requirement we told you about? It’s not happening.

Quick refresher:

We previously shared that Zoom was planning a change that would require attendees to log in to Zoom to join your virtual events. That would’ve meant an extra step for your attendees.

Zoom has now confirmed that this change will not be required for your Splash events.

Here’s what that means for you:

  • Your Zoom-powered events in Splash are not changing
  • Attendees can still join without logging in to Zoom
  • The experience stays exactly the same

Do you need to do anything?

Nope. You’re all set.

See you back with more updates next month!
