This month we're launching your new go-to tool for creating dynamic virtual content that attendees will love.
Say hello to Virtual Sessions.
Plus, we're providing you more ways to create compelling experiences online.
Using Zoom's new webinar branding, you can create a fully immersive brand experience within a single Splash page.
With Preview Mode, you can ensure your virtual events run smoothly by testing the guest experience prior to going live.
And new Splash Studio improvements allow you to protect attendee privacy and streamline the check-in experience.
Virtual Sessions is available to users with a Professional or Enterprise Splash plan.
The way we consume content has changed. So it’s no surprise that what we like to do in our personal lives also applies to attending events.
Attendees want more control and more freedom.
And we heard them loud and clear.
Introducing: Virtual Sessions
A friction-free way for attendees to choose their own adventure — and for hosts to reimagine their virtual event playbooks.

Using the Virtual Event Page in Splash, you can easily transform a status quo Zoom webinar into a branded attendee experience.
And with Zoom's upgraded their branding capabilities, your virtual venue can be more immersive than ever.
In addition to all you can design in Splash, you can now apply styles in Zoom to the webinar backdrop, speaker backgrounds, and speaker titles.

Preview is available to all users with a paid Splash plan.
With the new Preview option in the Virtual Event Page, you can see exactly what your guests will see before the event starts.
This makes pre-event testing easier than ever so you can go live with confidence.
Bonus: Preview Mode isn’t a static experience.
You can test out the buttons and embedded content to make sure your meetings, webinars, and streams can be joined seamlessly.

Splash Studio is available to all users with a paid Splash plan.
Even though attendees are joining virtual events from the comfort of their homes, privacy should still be a priority.
And for many attendees, that means being able to tune in anonymously.
Not to mention, hosts don't always want to reveal their live attendance count or for attendees to spot one of their competitors.
With Splash Studio, you can hide the People tab, otherwise known as your attendee list, to bring a new level of privacy to your virtual events. When hidden, attendees will not be able to see the names or number of participating attendees at your event.
Note: Splash Studio public chat is not anonymous. If attendees participate in the public chat, their name will be visible to other attendees.

Splash Studio is available to all users with a paid Splash plan.
Connecting your audience to your virtual content should be as seamless as possible.
With our latest Splash Studio update, it is.
When URL sharing is turned off for your event, attendees will be taken directly to your virtual content after checking in. No additional details required.
Note: If URL sharing is turned on, attendees will still be required to enter their information to join your event for tracking purposes.
