Beautify your Webinar Integrations: Unique Join URLs in Splash Emails

The Zoom and BlueJeans integrations are available to all users with a paid Splash account.

Webinar integrations are popular because of how much they're able to automate — everything from webinar creation to the syncing of registration and check-in data.

Now, you can add email communication to that list.

With this release, users can insert each guest's unique webinar join URL into Splash emails, including those crucial confirmations and reminders.

This allows hosts to brand and design each email, and exercise full control over their pre-event email cadence — meaning precisely when and how often their emails are sent.

For any integrated event, just add one of the following tags to your emails, and Splash will do the rest.

For Zoom: [zoom_webinar_join_url]

For BlueJeans: [bluejeans_webinar_join_url]

To start using this new functionality, your Splash team's Admin or Integration Specialist just disables confirmation emails from being sent from Zoom or BlueJeans. It's a single checkbox in the Integrations Manager.

Webinar integrations can be configured by users in the Admin and Integration Specialist roles. To get started, log into Splash and select Integrations in the lefthand sidebar. Learn how to set up the Zoom and BlueJeans integrations inside the Help Center.

The newest Branded Theme is our collection is called Dream.

Some say it's called Dream because Dreamforce is coming up. But take one look, and you'll realize it's because it's what every field marketer has been dreaming of.

There are two key features that jump out.

First: It's built for efficient registration. The above-the-fold real estate revolves around the visual gravity of an embedded RSVP form.

Second: It’s visually striking, punctuated by an innovative side-by-side content block design that is beautiful and makes it easy for guests to get information quickly.

When it comes to content, this theme is all about efficiency. Every block has a purpose, and that purpose is to give you exactly what you need to create and market a memorable field event.

Under the hood is everything you’d come to expect from a Splash theme: An array of branded email templates and beautiful touchpoint designs for social sharing, confirmations, and the virtual/hybrid experience.

Zoom-Provements to Branded Breakout Rooms

Virtual Event Page is available to all users with a paid Splash account.

Pro event marketers love embedding Zoom webinars and meetings into Splash. The meetings use case, in particular, has grown in popularity both because of its easy setup and the ability hosts to create breakout sessions.

With this latest release, Zoom breakout rooms in Splash got two sweet upgrades:

First, it's easier than ever for guests to navigate between breakout rooms and the main session. Guests no longer need to re-enable audio and video when entering a virtual space.

Second, guests can now move freely between sessions. So, if guests want to jump between breakouts to network or explore new topics, they no longer need to rely on the host.

Picture Perfect: Join the Image Element Beta

The new Image Element is available with beta access.

Says Splash Product Manager, Lizzy Hindman-Harvey, "Images are probably the most memorable part of any event page."

That's why she's been leading an initiative to make it easier for event designers to "more precisely manage images" in the platform.

Splash's new Image Element is now open for beta access!

To simplify image editing in Splash, this new element uses contextual tools that make changing dimensions, aspect ratio, positioning, and accessibility text much easier. Plus, it allows you to upload images in .svg format (a designer's BFF).

Nobody has spent more time designing in Splash than Lizzy, who led Creative Services for five years. The tools she and her team develop today are, in part, a result of her experience as a Splash designer.

"Start telling your event story better and faster," says Lizzy, "and sign up for our Image Element beta program today."
