Put 'Em in the Louvre: 3 New Branded Themes

Our newest Branded Theme are available to all Splash users.

Fresh off the easel of our Art Director, Topher Edwards, are three new Branded Themes that form up Splash's unofficial "Gallery Collection." Their names: Exhibit, Curate, and Frame.

Says Splash's resident theme aficionado, Pete Richardson, of our Product Marketing team:

"These themes are designed to be clean and simple — so you can get up and running fast with a quick image swap and minimal content updates."

But don't let their simplicity fool you: each theme was engineered to be beautiful, and automatically inherit your colors, fonts, and logos from your Brand Library.

"The entire attendee experience has been constructed to stay on-brand and look gorgeous," adds Pete, "including all of your event's emails, its virtual experience, and everything in between."

Peep the theme previews in the carousel below. Then formally add these masterpieces to your collection next time you create an event.

Beautify your BlueJeans Integration: Unique Join URLs in Splash Emails

Coming soon: This update to the BlueJeans Integration will be made available to all users with a paid Splash account next week.

Like our integration with Zoom, the BlueJeans integration makes automating webinar setup and data sync unbelievably easy.

Our latest updates makes your BlueJeans webinars even more beautiful.

With this release, users can insert each guest's unique webinar join URL into Splash emails, including those crucial confirmations and reminders.

This allows hosts to brand and design each email, and exercise full control over their pre-event email cadence — meaning precisely when and how often their emails are sent.

Event better: this enhancement is really easy to use.

For any integrated event, just add the [bluejeans_webinar_join_url] tag to your emails, and Splash will do the rest.

Champagne for Your Campaigns: New Mappable Fields in the Salesforce Integration

The Salesforce Sales Cloud integration is available to all users with a paid account.

"Once users find out Splash integrates with the Salesforce Campaign Object, a light instantly goes on," explains Sr. Solutions Consultant, Faisal Mawani. "Because it's the perfect link between event data and business impact."

With our latest update, that golden connection between Splash event and Salesforce Campaign gets a nice injection of flexibility in the form of three new mappable fields.

  1. Event Start Time
  2. Event End Time
  3. Event Timezone

This allows more control over how you pull important event data into Salesforce and generate new Campaigns, allowing for cleaner automation and less maintenance.

If integrations are Greek to you, no worries!

Share this update with your Salesforce Admin - they'll get it.

To quote Faisal (or was it Pusha-T?): "If you know, you know."
