2025 is all about getting flexible.
But we’re not talking warrior one or downward dog.
Up until now, Splash has been ALL IN on single-session events.
Think: Repeatable, one-day experiences, with one registration path.
But things are changing for marketers:
Beginning in the new year, Splash’s simple, powerful tools will support multi-session events — whether in-person or virtual.
Let’s take a closer look.
Coming in January 2025, you can create multi-session events with a few quick steps.
From the create flow, simply select how your guests will attend.
Then, answer: “Is your event multi-session?”
Choose any Splash theme for your event.
Yup, your favorite themes can do it all:
Single session, multi-session, virtual, in-person — no problem.
🤸That’s what we mean by flexible. 🤸
Create or import your sessions in the Sessions Manager.
The details are up to you:
When you’re on-site, use the Splash Host App to check guests into individual sessions.
You'll have a complete record of attendance for every session, just like you would for any Splash event.
And let’s be real, who doesn’t love one-swipe check-in?
Sessions enable guests to personalize their event journey.
After registering for the event, they can begin building their agendas.
No downloads, log-ins, or random clunkiness.
From the agenda page, guests can:
A guest’s QR code, found in their confirmation email, will allow them to check in to any registered sessions.
A guest will check in on their own, using their personal access link.
In this one clean and simple destination, guests can join and explore virtual sessions with total freedom.
One toolkit for all your events means:
One consistent experience for guests attending events and hosts managing them.
We call that a win-win.
As for your event playbook?
Sessions unlocks a whole new level of personalization for your events:
This month, we’re taking inspiration from Media.Monk’s “Get Real with AI” event at Google’s Stockholm HQ.
We love a waitlist because:
On the design side, we're into the bold imagery (just check out that share card) and the sense of movement their animated logo brings to the page.
PLUG ALERT: You can now submit your team’s Splash pages to be featured on Made in Splash.
Straight from the brains of the Splash marketing team comes this month’s “How Splash Uses Splash” tip:
Splash’s Slack Integration for VIP Dinners.
It’s no secret that Slack is one of the most mission critical event integrations.
It brings real-time event updates into your team’s daily workflow. Here at Splash, it’s been monumental in creating a team culture that believes in the power of events.
Let’s look at a unique use case:
Here at Splash we run VIP dinners for key contacts in late-stages of the Splash buying journey.
We use an “apply to attend model” to ensure that every (precious) seat is filled.
How it works:
