Covet Your Colors: Multiple Color Sets in Brand Library

This feature is available to users with a paid Splash plan.

If your brand is like ours, different types of events need different types of visual experiences — and that includes color. This update is going to save your team more than few hours in 2021.

As Sr. Product Designer Allie DeCastro shouted from the figurative mountaintop, "The days of adding and managing color sets at the individual event level are over."

Now, users can now upload up to 10 color sets to the Brand Library, eliminating the need for users to ever do this manually.

With a single toggle, event hosts can instantly transform their event touchpoints with on-brand color schemes.

Using Brand Library

The Brand Library is located in the Library tab of the Events Dashboard for Splash users with an Admin or Creative Specialist role.

Manage Integrations — In Your Flow: Event-Level Integrations

This feature is available to users with a paid Splash plan.

Integrations are supposed to be "set it and forget it" — at least, until they're not. Sometimes you need to make a field mapping change, manage connections, or evaluate your options.

With the new ability to edit integrations for specific events, users have the power to make changes without impacting all settings for events across your account — and easily troubleshoot if there's an error.

And get this: If you create your Splash event after setting up a program in Zoom, Salesforce, BlueJeans, ON24, and Marketo, you're able to link them up in an instant.

The 411:

  • Check or edit integration configs while you’re in the flow of your event.
  • Connect and disconnect programs at the event level, eliminating retroactive updates.
  • Auto-create events or programs upon guest sync, if a program doesn’t already exist.
  • Event-level integration management is available for Zoom Webinar, Salesforce, BlueJeans, ON24, and Marketo.

Using Event-Level Integrations

Event-level integrations are located in Event Settings, and are only for Splash users with an Admin or Integrations Specialist role.

One-Click Registration? Sign Me Up: Social RSVP

This feature is available to users with a paid Splash plan.

There are few things online as delightful as auto-fill. Now, imagine being able to give that gift to every guest that reaches your registration form.

With Social RSVP, guests can register to your events faster than ever using Facebook or LinkedIn, while you, the host, reap the benefit of clean and connected data. That's a win-win.

To begin using this functionality, just add the Social RSVP question to any form, and choose Facebook or LinkedIn.

Using Social RSVP

You can add RSVP with Facebook or LinkedIn to your event by selecting the Social RSVP question after clicking Add Question in the Form touchpoint.
