October is a time for carved pumpkins, horror movies, elaborate costumes, and most importantly, lots of candy.
The best part about Halloween candy? There's an option for everyone.
Just look at this map of favorite candy by state. Note: Candy corn is rightfully nowhere to be found.
Seeing this kind of variety inspired our October release. Like a mixed bag of treats, this month we have a little something for everyone on your team.
This first update is for all the admins out there.
We heard you loud and clear.
You needed more visibility into your license usage and wanted a way to export your entire user list.
Inside the Team tab, you’ll find a column for the License Type associated with every team member’s role in your User list.
Bonus: When you add a new user, we’ll display the License Type for each role so you know which one to choose.
In the top right of the Team tab, you’ll find an Export All Users button. The export generates an organized .CSV file of all active and pending users on your team.
Spoiler Alert: More Team Manager updates are coming soon. Stay tuned.

Ever try to share a video during a meeting?
It usually goes something like this:
Yipes!
Well, ICYMI - Splash Studio makes streaming videos during virtual events look and sound pristine.
And with the new Media Playlist in Studio, streaming just got even easier.
Now, you can pre-upload and arrange all of your videos into a playlist before your webinar.
Then all you have to do is click on the video when you want to play it.
No stress. No scrambling. No producer required, ever.
Follow these steps to add videos to your Splash Studio event.
In the most popular chat platforms — think iMessage and Slack — reactions are the easiest way to engage.
They’re quick, fun, easy, and let you contribute without having to think…
Which, we believe, make them perfect for webinars, where the audience doesn’t know each other and might be hesitant to speak up.
As of this month, chat reactions are available for all Splash Studio events.
Earlier this year we released Virtual Sessions – a simple way to produce and host multi-session events in Splash.
With our latest improvement, your sessions can live on forever so you can maximize your event impact.
Inside the settings of each session, you’ll find an on-demand option to embed a recording – this can be from your Splash Studio event or another streaming platform.
After attendees register for your event, they can access all of your on-demand content in a designated Past Sessions section.
Splash will capture on-demand activity to provide you with the same analytics as when guests join your session live.

There are two important boxes (out of a list of many) event organizers need to check for every event.
That’s why this month we gave our Email Sender and Virtual Event Page some extra love.
Good news: We don’t plan to stop increasing these limits anytime soon. Watch this space for future improvements.
Knowing which events result in the most impact is crucial to any event strategy.
This includes understanding how different event formats – in-person, virtual, and hybrid – perform across your audience.
Marketing Ops, get ready for this next one.
Within integration field mappings, you’ll find a new field to sync the attendance type for each event. This field is powered by the response to the “How will your guests attend?” question in the event creation form.
You can now directly tie revenue to your different event formats in your CRM.
Whether you’re a long-time customer or new to Splash (welcome!), you should know all the ways you can get the most out of your page designs.
