It’s finally here. Our Salesforce integration is now live in the AppExchange.

Plus, we made adding calendar reminders easier for guests and surfaced Marketo activity directly in the guest list.

Read on to learn all about this month’s updates.

Live Now: Splash’s Improved Salesforce Integration

The wait is over.

Our new Salesforce integration is now live in the AppExchange!

If you haven’t connected Splash to Salesforce yet, you need to.

Here’s why:

  1. Set up is a breeze for Salesforce Admins
The integration is installed, configured, and tested in Salesforce using the power of the built-in best practices Salesforce Admins know and love.
  1. Your data is kept secure and accurate
The integration underwent rigorous security vetting by Salesforce. Plus, it uses Salesforce protections for duplicate handling, shield encryption, and more.

  2. You can ditch the spreadsheets and Marketing Ops requests
The integration automatically creates Campaigns and syncs the data you’ve selected. No manual updates required.

  3. It gives your Sales team real-time visibility
Program Member statuses automatically update so Sales knows exactly who to follow up with. No one has to wait on you to share an export or send one-off messages about which prospects showed up.  Your Sales team can also add prospects to your Campaign and they’ll sync back to your Splash guest list.

  4. You can prove your event ROI
Event and attendee data is synced to Salesforce so you can automatically track pipeline influenced and Opportunities generated.

Here’s how it works:

To set up the Salesforce integration via the AppExchange, follow the step-by-step instructions in our Help Center guide.

If you have any questions about setting up the Salesforce integration or migrating your existing integration to the AppExchange, send a note to your CSM.

Increase Attendance With One-Click Calendar Reminders

You’ve probably heard the saying, “If it’s not on the calendar, it doesn’t exist.”

That’s especially true for events.

Which is why getting guests to add your event to their schedule is critical for your attendance rates.

This month, we made adding events to calendars as frictionless as possible for guests.

Our new Add to Calendar element features an updated design that allows guests to quickly select their provider from a list of on-screen logos.

Coming Soon: You’ll be able to view the total number of guests who added your event to their calendar within your event analytics.

QA Your Marketo Sync with Lead Updates and Detailed Error Messages

We’re keeping the Marketo improvements going from last month.

We’ve added more detailed error messages to the Activity Log and pulled Marketo Lead activity directly into your guest list.

Here’s a breakdown of what’s new.

Improved Activity Log error messaging

The Activity Log now includes:

1. The number of queued attendees in a batch sync along with details about each attendee.

2. Batch sync details about the activity request (create, update, etc.) and the number of successful syncs.

Marketo Lead details in the guest list

You can now check that your Marketo integration is syncing Leads correctly directly from your Splash guest list. Within the Guests tab, you can add columns for Marketo Lead ID, Marko Last Update Time, and Marketo Last Update Source.
