Brand Library, Splash + Zoom, new integration settings, and more

This has been an unprecedented year — one that has challenged even the most resolute among us. So when it comes to the tools we use to get our jobs done, ease of use and dependability rank highly.

That's why Splash's release this month takes the guesswork out of building best-in-class virtual events. We believe event software should help marketers constantly discover new opportunities to run powerful programs — even in a virtual landscape.

Watch the announcement.

When you want consistently beautiful virtual events, the Brand Library ↓ is ready. Add your fonts, colors, and logo once to brand all your event marketing templates forever. Designed peace of mind.

With support for event-level integration settings ↓, you can manage connections to Splash the way you want to: from an all-up integrations dashboard or per event.

Give your team the gift of event marketing templates — this time, featuring a Zoom embed. The Zoom Branded Theme ↓ has everything you need to get started (ft. dark mode, if you're into it).

Get updates and acquire new skills, no matter how you prefer to learn. The in-product Resource Center and updated Help Center ↓ have best practices and how-tos baked in.

Easy, Breezy, Beautiful: Brand Library

This feature is available to users with a paid Splash plan.

It's a good feeling when your event marketing is on-brand. Headers and body text use the right fonts. Brand colors are leveraged so guests trust your content. The company logo is front and center.

What if you could guarantee that every event marketing asset — from event pages to social media previews — stayed on-brand? With Brand Library, you can. With brand assets in one place, it’s easy to manage and update the look, feel, and consistency of your marketing materials.

  • Get your team up and running quickly with event marketing templates.
  • Empower your team to use their appropriate skill sets to run more impactful events.

When you witness an off-brand event, you can sense the reputational damage dealt. With Brand Library, rest assured your professional reputation is in good hands.

Take it from Sr. Product Manager Jon Saft: "With your branding in place, hosts are free to create beautiful events. And your designers don't have to worry about catching any rogue color schemes out in the wild."

Using Brand Library

If you're a paid Splash user, you already have access to Brand Library. Just click the Library tab and choose Brand. To learn more, check out the guide.

If your organization does not yet have Team Manager, you can still get access to Brand Library here.

Go Configure: Event-Level Integration Settings

This feature is available to users with a paid Splash plan.

Setting up the right integration can make your life so much easier. For instance, whenever you spin up a new event in Splash, you can automatically trigger a corresponding Zoom webinar to be created. Guests who check in are kept in sync between systems, and your CRM and marketing automation platforms connect to that valuable data.

That power can now be configured per event for Zoom Webinar, ON24, BlueJeans, Salesforce, and Marketo integrations. Turn on integrations for all of your events, or for just one or two. This is more than time savings — it's superhero training.

  • Manage all integrations centrally or per event.
  • Toggle integrations on or off at the event or account level.
  • Quickly access go-to information about your integration configurations.

Now, even non-technical users can think and act like a marketing operations expert. Zach Napolitano, Director of Education, is especially excited: "You're able to see which integrations are active, if they're properly connected, and view their important details. On top of that, you're able to turn off the integration for any single event without disturbing the global setup."

Using Event-Level Integration Settings

If you're a paid Splash user, you already have access to these settings. Just click Settings from any event, and choose the Integrations tab. To learn more, check out the guide.

Embed Zoom in Splash: New Branded Theme

This feature is available to users with a paid Splash plan.

Quick refresher: Branded Themes are sets of event marketing templates that work together really well. They come with event pages, emails, share cards, and registration forms that leverage tags (like event name and location) to make setup fast. And they're all designed with the same fonts, colors, and logo.

The new Zoom Branded Theme is specifically designed to highlight a Zoom embed in Splash. It's a seamless experience — both for the host setting up events and for guests who register, check in at, and attend your virtual event. This theme includes a diverse set of content, including a sleek nav, embedded Zoom block, speakers, schedule, footer blocks, and more.

  • Designed to highlight the use of Zoom in the Virtual Event Page touchpoint.
  • Offers a “dark” theme option with multiple content blocks, like the full-photo cover.
  • Scales to work with any brand color palette.

With ready-to-go touchpoints, you have everything needed to launch your Zoom events fast. Just take it from Principal Designer Alex Zahradnik: "It's even easier to host virtual events on Splash so the Zoom experience is branded, immersive, and looks and feels utterly seamless with your event program."

Using the Zoom Branded Theme

If you're a paid Splash user, the Zoom Branded Theme has already been added to your library. Just create a new event, and choose the Virtual event category. If you don't use Splash yet, preview all our Branded Themes.

Grow Your Skills: Resource & Help Centers

These resources are available to all Splash users.

Whether visual, auditory, or kinesthetic, everyone prefers to learn in a different way. Technical Writing and Education teams at Splash are committed to helping everyone find the answers they need to learn Splash well and run best-in-class programs. So while kinesthetic learning resources are still in flux, we're proud to announce two major updates to the way you can get support: the in-product Resource Center and updated Help Center.

The Resource Center offers in-product access to help and on-demand learning. In addition, you can receive contextual notifications when new features are released that improve your workflow. The Help Center has been refreshed with a new look and feel to make resources you're looking for more discoverable. Plus, a new search algorithm means you'll get answers you crave faster.

  • No matter what type of learner you are, get the help you need.
  • In or out of the product, Splash has your back.
  • Stay in the flow with the in-product Resource Center.
  • Dig into the nitty-gritty details with the Help Center.

It's a bit of a debate at Splash as to which form of support is best. According to Sr. Manager of Education Pete Richardson, "The Resource Center helps keep you focused and levels up your efficiency because it's in-product.

But Perry Piep, Product Operations Manager, has a different perspective. "If you're like me, you prefer to find answers to your product questions on your own and use that information to become the ultimate power user. The Help Center now has popular categories at the forefront and a new algorithm to help you find what you're looking for."

So no matter which side of the issue you find yourself on, I just hope you're ready to power up your skills: Help is coming in hot.

Getting Splash Help

The Resource Center is available to all Splash users. Just click Help in the bottom-left of any Splash screen. The Help Center is available, too. Go learn something new!
